My fave is the MAC 221. 2) A brush made with synthetic bristles for concealer and cream eyeshadow. This is my fave from Laura Mercier which came in a really affordable concealer and base set. 3) A flat shader brush with natural bristles for powder eyeshadows, the most popular of which is this MAC 239. This is my first MAC brush. If you gotta buy one brush from MAC, this is it. It packs on eyeshadow and creates definition and even blends with ease. It's the best. 4) A fluffy round-tipped blending brush like this Morphe M402 to lay down transition shade and blend harsh edges. 5) A pinched yet fluffy blending brush like this Sephora Pro 27 to apply and blend crease color. It's something a person who likes nude and neutral shades would go for she wants to try something a bit different but not too far out of her comfort zone. This shade can also easily go from day to night because it's neutral and understated enough for work and yet not too light to look washed out at night. Admittedly, this was a very limited engagement but i thought it best to start this series off with my smallest albeit newest liquid lipstick collection. Let me start off the review by saying that the hype about @jeffreestar lip products is well deserved. These three are among the best if not the very best liquid lipsticks I've ever owned. They are pigmented, have gorgeous shades and are incredibly comfortable. My lips did not feel like the Sahara with these babies. The wand applicator is worthy of note as well because of its unique shape that makes it so easy to follow the contours of my lips. Not once did i need a lip liner. It was released just this spring and instantly became one of my sought after liquid lips because of the fresh and vibrant yet not too bright color. It's a coral but it leans pinkish rather than orange in my opinion making it more wearable and as the marketing suggests more neutral. I just said i won't review these liquid lipsticks yet and i won't as far as the formula is concerned but i couldn't help but rave about the color of this one coz, look at it, it's so pretty.
